Positions Available: Junior Sous Chef

• The above position is required for our busy food led country rooming Inn where we serve breakfasts, lunch and evening meals to residents and non-residents alike. You should have the relevant qualifications and a reasonable level of experience although further on-going and in-depth training will be provided.
  
• We do not run a bought in pre-packed meal kitchen, all of our meals are handmade and therefore we offer professional and interesting training in order to maintain our high standards. Good rates of pay with gratuities together with excellent working conditions will be provided to the applicant that can demonstrate a passion for cooking, creativity, reliability and a desire to be part of a progressive winning team.
