The White Lion Inn and the village of Wherwell is on the B3420 which links the A3057 and A30.

Only an hour by road or rail from London we are located just 10 minutes drive from the market town of Andover and from the main arterial route the A303.

The A303 is one of the main road links to the South West of England and is fed by the M3 and M25 London bound and the M5 and A30 westbound to Exeter and Plymouth.

The A303 is intersected by the the main Oxford/Southampton road link the A34 at the Bullington Cross Junction. This junction is approximately 15 minutes drive from The Inn when taking the westbound carridgway of the A303 signposted Exeter. On the A303 Wherwell village is sign posted approximately 6 miles westbound from the Bullington Cross junction, and 4 miles from Andover on the London bound carridgeway of the A303. The sign directs that Wherwell can be reached by taking the B3048 which after about 3 miles will join the B3402. Turn right onto the B3402 and after 5 minutes drive you will arrive in Wherwell and see The Inn at the top of the village.
